Corporate Headquarters Meeting Spaces

The client was consolidating teams into a new headquarters and wanted every meeting room — from four-person huddle spaces to the boardroom — to behave the same way and be supportable by a small IT team.

We developed five room standards with defined displays, cameras, microphones and control for each room size, validated them in a pilot room, then rolled out floor by floor. All rooms report status to a central monitoring platform.

Rooms were delivered in phases aligned with floor occupancy. The IT team now monitors all spaces remotely and resolves most issues without a site visit.
