01 — The brief
The operator was converting a retail floor into a six-screen multiplex, including one premium large-format hall. The fit-out programme was fixed to a release date, and the booths had to share a single machine room with limited cooling and power capacity.
02 — Our solution
We produced the system design alongside the architect and acoustic consultant, specifying laser projection sized to each screen and throw distance, multichannel cinema audio with screen-channel loudspeakers behind perforated screens, and a centralised equipment room with redundant power. Theatre management and automation were configured so each show — lights, masking, audio format and projection — runs from the schedule.
